House Bill 994 Becomes Law (84R)

I want to be clear that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) can recognize an ad valorem tax exemption under Chapter 11 of the Tax Code for a property that complies with, or prevents the applicability of, a federal environmental rule without conceding the legality or policy merits of the federal rule.
