Public Comment Period:
Time will be set aside for a public comment period in which attendees may speak to the committee members for up to three minutes per person. This will be available in person and virtually. Register to make public comment on each day of the meeting. The option for written public comment is also available if submitted up to 48 hours prior to the event.

Accommodations:
CART captioning and ASL interpreters will be provided. For any other accommodation request, please submit your request to gcpd@gov.texas.gov as early as possible.
