Public Comments:
Individuals will have the opportunity to make a 3-minute public comment in the morning on each day. If attending the meeting onsite, a sign-up sheet will be available near the room's entrance. Virtual attendants must attend the meeting then access the Q&A tool on the Zoom platform to request being added to the list. Submitting a written 3-minute public comment is also possible by emailing gcpd@gov.texas.gov at least 48 hours prior to the first meeting day.

Accommodations:
CART captioning and ASL interpreters will be provided. For any other accommodation request, please allow adequate time for logistics by emailing gcpd@gov.texas.gov as soon as possible.
