Probation Fee & Repayment Reports (PFRR)

All Crime Stoppers organizations must complete a PFRR annually and submit it by January 31. The online 2024 PFRR is now open.

To access the 2024 PFRR, use the link below. To obtain your login credentials, please contact our office at 512-463-1919.

Statistical Reports

All certified programs are required to complete the Texas Crime Stoppers Statistical Report twice each year. The online 2025 Statistical Report is now open.

  • Period 1: January 1 - June 30, due July 31 each year
  • Period 2: July 1 - December 31, due January 31 each year

It is recommended that all data be prepared before logging in. If you need to complete the form in multiple sessions, save your progress and return later to finalize your entries. Once all data has been entered, click Submit to send the report directly to our office.

Annual Crime Stoppers Program Report

All Crime Stoppers organizations must complete an annual information update report each year by January 31st. The online 2025 Annual Report is now open.

To complete the form, you will need current contact information for all board members and law enforcement coordinators. It is recommended that all data be prepared before logging in. If you need to complete the form in multiple sessions, save your progress and return later to finalize your entries. Once all data has been entered, click Submit to send the report directly to our office.
