Governor Abbott Names Chambers To Family Practice Residency Advisory Committee
Governor Greg Abbott has named Ruth Chambers of Dallas to the Family Practice Residency Advisory Committee for a term set to expire August 29, 2018. The Advisory Committee makes funding recommendations the Higher Education Coordinating Board for the Family Medicine Residency Program.
Ruth Chambers is a retired advertising design professional and is part owner of a multi-family housing business. She is a member of the Dallas County Precinct Chair Review Committee. Chambers received a Bachelor of Science in advertising from the University of Texas.
