The council provides advice and expertise on actions state and local governments can take to assist businesses in recovering from a disaster.
The board provides confinement, supervision, rehabilitation, and reintegration of the state’s convicted felons.
The task force coordinates implementation of the state’s plan for prevention, early screening, diagnosis, and management of chronic kidney disease and educates health care professionals.
The council is charged with developing an effective and resource‐efficient plan to reduce the morbidity, mortality and economic burden of cardiovascular disease and stroke in the State of Texas.
The council will advise the Office of the Governor on issues resulting from changes in demographics in the state.
The commission oversees the Texas Department of Public Safety, which enforces laws protecting the public safety and provides for the prevention and detection of crime.
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Tedi Ellison as the presiding officer of the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021.
