Governor Abbott Appoints Siebman Presiding Officer Of Grayson County Regional Mobility Authority
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Clyde Siebman of Pottsboro presiding officer of the Grayson County Regional Mobility Authority for a term set to expire February 1, 2016. The Regional Mobility Authority is a political subdivision formed by Grayson County to finance, acquire, design, construct, operate, maintain, expand or extend transportation projects.
Clyde Siebman is managing partner of Siebman, Burg, Phillips & Smith, LLP, and is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member and past board member of the State Bar of Texas, and a member and past president of the Eastern District of Texas Bar Association. Currently, he serves as president of the Paul Brown American Inn of Court and chairman of the Center for American and International Law Institute for Law and Technology Advisory Committee. He is a life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and a board member of the North Texas Crime Commission, Texas Association of Business, and Christian Global Missions. Additionally, he is a former member of the Red River Authority of Texas and served as a commissioner on the Red River Boundary Commission. Siebman received a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, and a Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University.
