Governor Abbott Appoints Rangel To Texas Real Estate Broker Lawyer Committee
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Freddie “Fred” Rangel to the Texas Real Estate Broker Lawyer Committee for a term set to expire August 31, 2021. The committee drafts and revises contract forms that are capable of being standardized to expedite real estate transactions and minimize controversy.
Freddie “Fred” Rangel of San Antonio is the founder and president of Adco Master Builders, Inc. and Adco Professional Services, Inc. He is a former trustee for the City of San Antonio South Texas Business Fund and a former president of Eckhert Crossing Home Owners Association. Rangel studied design of the environment at The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
