Governor Abbott Appoints Ellison To Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Tedi Ellison as the presiding officer of the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021. The regional mobility authority is a political subdivision that allows local transportation planning and project delivery leaders to partner with the state to deliver transportation infrastructure projects that serve Brazos County.

Tedi Ellison of College Station is office manager for The Ellison Firm, where she oversees business and office operations for the law firm her husband founded. She previously served as Director of Athletic Compliance for Texas A&M University. She is a member of the Advisory Board for The Bush School of Government and Public Service and is the former chair of the Advisory Board for the Bryan campus of Blinn College. She previously served as chair of the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce, and on local boards related to transportation. Ellison received a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Masters in Education from the University of Nebraska.
