Governor Abbott Appoints Dillard To Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Margon Dillard to the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists for a term set to expire on February 1, 2025. The board may set reasonable and necessary fees to be charged applicants and license holders, including fees for application, examination, licensure, and renewal of a license. In addition, the board shall base a fee for examination in a discipline of geoscience on the costs associated with preparing, administering, and grading that examination.
Margon Dillard of Richmond is a territory manager for Kedrion Biopharma. She is an advisory board member of the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists, Wells Pharma, and American Health Packaging. She is a member of the National Pharmacy Purchasing Association and the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. Dillard attended Texas Southern University studying Biology and obtained a certification in Pharmacy Technology from the HCC Coleman College of Science.
