Governor Abbott Reappoints Jenkins To The Upper Neches River Municipal Water Authority Board Of Dire
Governor Greg Abbott has reappointed Phil Jenkins to the Upper Neches River Municipal Water Authority Board of Directors for a term set to expire on February 1, 2023.
Phil Jenkins of Palestine is retired as co-owner of Palestine Contractors, Inc. He is a member and former chairman of the Cartmell Home for Aged Board of Directors and its related Cartmell Foundation. He is a former member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and former member of the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors. Jenkins was honorably discharged from the Texas Army National Guard and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
