Governor Abbott Appoints McClinton Stoglin To Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Marguerite “Margo” McClinton Stoglin, Ph.D. to the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors for a term set to expire on September 26, 2025. The board licenses qualified engineers and land surveyors and regulates the practice of professional engineering and professional land surveying.

Marguerite “Margo” McClinton Stoglin, Ph.D. of Grand Prairie is the CEO of CRM & Associates, LLC a management consulting firm in Texas. She previously served as the Director of the TRIO program and as a Special Assistant to the President of Paul Quinn College. She is a member of Texas Lyceum, Dallas – Fort Worth Rotary Club, and the Dallas Children’s Hospital Women’s Auxiliary Committee and a sustainer member of the Junior League of Dallas. McClinton Stoglin received a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Emory University, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas, a Master of Education in Administration Planning and Social Policy from Harvard University, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Higher Education from Florida State University.
