Governor Abbott Appoints Lattimore To Texas Juvenile Justice Board

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Ann Lattimore to the Texas Juvenile Justice Board for a term set to expire on February 1, 2021. The Board is charged to develop and implement rules to govern the department, executive director, and staff and to establish the mission and set goals for the department to emphasize keeping youth in home communities while balancing rehabilitative needs with public safety.

Ann Lattimore of Cedar Park is a former educator. She is a volunteer committee chair and assistant Scout Master with the Boy Scouts of America and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Baylor Women’s Network of Austin, and the National Rifle Association. Lattimore received a Bachelor of Science from Baylor University and Master of Arts in interior design from the SDC School of Design in Milan, Italy.
