Probation Fee & Repayment Reports (PFRR)
All Crime Stoppers organizations must complete a PFRR annually and submit by January 31st . The new online 2021 PFRR are now open.
To access login information to submit reports, new login info has been sent to the executive board of each organization.

Statistical Reports
The Texas Crime Stoppers Statistical Report is required to be completed by all certified programs twice per year; non-certified programs are also encouraged to submit reports. The new online 2021 Statistical Reports are now open.
- Period 1 (January 1 – June 30) is due July 31st of each year.
- Period 2 (July 1 – December 31) is due January 31st of each year.
It is recommended to have all data ready to enter when logging in. Should you need to complete the form at multiple intervals, save the data entered then return later, sign in to finalize the report. Once all data is entered, submit the report by clicking the "Submit" button and the report will be submitted directly to our office.

Statistical Report Form - Now Open
Annual Crime Stoppers Program Report
All Crime Stoppers organizations must complete an annual information update report each year by January 31st. The new online 2021 Annual Reports are now open.
To complete the form, you will need the contact information for each board member and any law enforcement coordinators. It is recommended to have all data ready to enter when logging in. Should you need to complete the form at multiple intervals, save the data entered then return later, sign in to finalize the report. Once all data is entered, submit the report by clicking the "Submit" button and the report will be submitted directly to our office.
