Governor Greg Abbott Sets Special Election For Texas House District 52
Governor Greg Abbott today issued a proclamation announcing November 6, 2018, as the special election date to fill the Texas House of Representatives District 52 seat recently vacated by Representative Larry Gonzales.
Candidates who wish to have their names placed on the special election ballot must file their applications with the Secretary of State no later than August 23, 2018.
Early voting will begin on Monday, October 22, 2018.
