Governor Abbott Delivers Remarks At U.S. India Chamber Of Commerce DFW Small Business Forum
Governor Greg Abbott today delivered remarks at the U.S. India Chamber of Commerce's DFW Small Business Forum in Dallas. The Governor recognized the enduring bond between Texas, India, and the Indian-American community, and thanked business leaders for their role in expanding economic opportunity in the Lone Star State.
"The Lone Star State's strong and vibrant economy is built on the success of small businesses, and I am grateful for your role in fostering this success and keeping Texas the best state in the nation for economic opportunity,” said Governor Abbott. "You are the leaders, innovators, and job creators who take the Texas economic model and turn it into the Texas success story. Rooted in our shared values of family, freedom and hard work is the promise of prosperity and a brighter future for all Texans. I look forward to our continued partnership with India and the Indian-American community both culturally and economically in the years to come."
The U.S. India Chamber of Commerce has supported professional, business and economic development throughout North Texas and facilitated bi-lateral trade between Texas and India for the past 20 years.
