Governor Abbott Appoints Three To Angelina And Neches River Authority Board Of Directors

Governor Abbott has reappointed Patricia “Pat” Dickey and appointed Donnie Kee and Virginia “Ginger” Lymbery to the Angelina and Neches River Authority Board of Directors for terms set to expire on September 5, 2023.

Patricia “Pat” Dickey of Crockett is the owner and real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Pat Dickey Realtors. She is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, Nacogdoches Board of Realtors, Houston County Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau. In addition, she is a member of Fiddler’s Festival and former board member of the Boys and Girls Club. Dickey serves on the Board of Adjustments for the City of Crockett.

Donnie Kee of Lufkin is retired after more than 30 years with Consolidated Communication and 9 years as an insurance agent with Farmer Insurance. He is a member of the Lufkin Host Lions Club, Z&OO Railroad, and the Angelina County Appraisal Review Board. In addition, he serves as the area chief for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department’s Hunter Education. Kee received a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Virginia “Ginger” Lymbery of Lufkin is retired. She is the former co-owner of Angelina Manufactured Homes and Don’s Home Center. She is a member of the Pineywoods Bee Keeper’s Association and the Experimental Aircraft Association, Chapter 1219. Lymbery received her certification in medical records leading to an accredited records technician certification and completed real estate courses from Angelina College in Lufkin.
