Nominations Now Open for 2015 Governor’s Volunteer Awards

I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve as Honorary Chair of the 32nd Annual Governor’s Volunteer Awards. The Governor’s Volunteer Awards are administered by the OneStar Foundation and honor the exemplary service of individuals, groups and organizations in Texas that have made a significant and measurable contribution to their communities through service and volunteering.

Nominations are now open. If you know an individual or organization who fits into one of these award categories, I encourage you to nominate them! The categories are:

I believe that we are each called to service – whether we serve our neighbors, our communities, our state, or our country.
