About the Event:

The State of Texas Mexico Office (STMO) invites Texas companies to join them at Congreso Mexicano del Petróleo (CMP – Mexican Petroleum Congress and Exhibition).

The 32nd edition of the CMP will provide Texas exhibitors with the tools and market overview of PEMEX (Mexico's State-owned Oil Company), and other oil and gas companies operations and procurement strategies. The 2019 edition will feature 700 exhibit stands and more than 7,000 attendees from 30 different countries.

As an exhibitor, you will:

  • Showcase your product or service to Mexican and international companies in the oil and gas industry
  • Generate trade leads
  • Create brand awareness  
  • Develop long-term business relationships
  • Get in-country support from the State of Texas Mexico Office, including:
    • B2B meetings with potential business partners in Mexico
    • On-site STMO staff support

Criteria for Consideration:

  • US-registered and US-operating  independent, established, for-profit company (at least one year of revenues) with a Federal Identification Number tied to a Texas address
  • Have an exportable product/service that fits the trade show industry focus, manufactured, produced, processed or value-added in Texas
  • Demonstrate Export  Readiness (understand the costs associated with exporting, have a strategic plan for exporting)
  • Remain in good standing with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and not debarred from receiving state or federal funding

Costs:

  • No cost to participate in the shared Texas booth(s)
  • Turnkey exhibit space and registration included
  • Transportation, lodging, meals and company-specific marketing costs are not included
  • State Expansion Program (STEP) funding available to eligible companies
