About the Event:
Aerospace Meetings Queretaro is a platform for prime OEMs to connect with companies offering the right capabilities and services through a matchmaking program.
Companies that participate in Aerospace Meetings Queretaro will have complete 2-day agenda of pre-arranged meetings with the contacts they want to meet through a unique platform that allows participants to pre-select and approve companies that would like to meet with them.
As an exhibitor, you will:
- Have complete 2-day agenda of pre-arranged meetings with the contacts you want to meet through a unique platform that allows participants to pre-select and approve companies they would like to meet with.
- A 4 meter-squared space booth to conduct individual meetings and showcase your products and/or services.
- Get in-country support from the State of Texas Mexico Office, including:
- On-site STMO staff support
- Arranging interpreter for show if needed
Criteria for Consideration:
- US-registered and US-operating independent, established, for-profit company (at least one year of revenues) with a Federal Identification Number tied to a Texas address
- Have an exportable product/service that fits the trade show industry focus, manufactured, produced, processed or value-added in Texas
- Demonstrate Export Readiness (understand the costs associated with exporting, have a strategic plan for exporting)
- Remain in good standing with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts and not debarred from receiving state or federal funding
Costs:
- Eligible Texas companies will get a 4 meter-squared booth for $2,800.
- Transportation, lodging, meals and company-specific marketing costs are not included
- State Expansion Program (STEP) funding available to eligible companies. The STEP program is an excellent opportunity to help small businesses expand their markets internationally. The max award is $10,000 and the company needs to match 25% ($2,500). It is a competitive grant, so not every applicant gets funded.
