ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Setup, troubleshoot, operate, and document all audio, video, lighting, networking, rigging and
electrical equipment to be used for event support.
2. Provide technical support for all events supported by the Production staff.
3. Provide quality customer service to the public, district staff, promoters, and event clients.
4. Track and report Audio/Visual working hours, event details, operational needs and equipment
use for billing purposes and future planning.
5. Demonstrate/maintain a continued operational understanding of all the audio-visual systems
used by CFISD.
6. Lead other staff by providing operational direction through production cues, calls and relaying
of client needs.
7. Meet with and support clients and assist with the successful operation of technology for all
events our production staff support.
8. Perform all duties assigned by the Berry Center management team and/or CFISD
administrative team.
9. Regular and reliable attendance.
