Governor Abbott Invites RGV, South Texas, Statewide Communities To Film Friendly Texas Workshop In McAllen
The workshop, hosted by the Texas Film Commission, is open to community representatives statewide interested in learning about the media production industries of Texas and how to become Film Friendly Texas certified to attract new jobs and investments.

We sat down to interview filmmakers Esmeralda Hernandez and Marisela Campos about their Texas-made short film "Dream Carriers". Described alternatively as "a love letter to San Antonio" and "a coming of age story, based in San Antonio", it's clear that the Alamo City played no small role in the production of this short film!
