Texas Films at SXSW 2017

The festival had over 40 features and shorts with Texas ties. A Bad Idea Gone Wrong won Special Jury Recognition for Best Ensemble, while director Noël Wells won the Louis Black "Lone Star" Award & Narrative Spotlight Audience Award for her Austin-shot film Mr. Roosevelt.
