The Town That Dreaded Sundown (1976)
- The town of Texarkana serves as the backdrop for the heinous "Phantom" serial killer of the mid-1940s off of which "The Town That Dreaded Sundown" is based. The picturesque town has thankfully had many years of peace and quiet since then with a charming downtown that still resembles the small-town era seen in the movie!
