What are the skills required to succeed in your specific area of expertise?
Dedication, and sincere care for the well-being of others.
In your industry, collaboration is the key to success. How do you best foster collaboration with your colleagues from project to project?
Building sincere and personal relationships beyond the business network.
What tools and supplies can’t you live without in your job and why?
Tools are not always physical objects, we believe in a sincere concern for the well-being of others. That's our best tool!
How have Covid-19 safety protocols affected the way that you work?
Working also in the healthcare industry had already prepared us for the changes needed for Covid compliance. It was a natural transition.
What’s the best part about working in Texas?
The vast amount of land, resources, scenery, and above people. Each city has its own vibe; border regions are inherently different from each other. We are different and one at the same time.
What are some of the projects made in Texas that you feel reflect the diverse culture of the state?
Nacido de Nuevo had a strong emotional message about how even law enforcement professions are met with dilemmas, and how there can be a positive outcome.
Why do you choose the Lone Star State as a place to live and work?
Because the Lone Star State is unlike any other. I live closer to California than Houston, Texas and that just is awesome. I have friends in every corner of the state, from Lubbock to McAllen, and from Tyler to El Paso!
