Governor Greg Abbott today announced a Film Friendly Texas Workshop on Tuesday, April 4 in Lubbock.

Her thoughts on working with a diverse team of artists: "I gave the animators a decent amount of creative liberty to think about how they wanted to tell the story...so its definitely like each animator has a chance to have their spotlight, on their style."
