About the event: Austin Film Festival and the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum present the Made in Texas Family Film Series, a program of family films made by Texas-based filmmakers or filmed in Texas, sponsored by the Texas Film Commission.

This month's film, THE IRON GIANT is an animated feature written by Tim McCanlies (screenplay) about a young boy who becomes friends with an alien robot from outer space. Featuring the voices of Jennifer Aniston, Harry Connick Jr., Vin Diesel, James Gammon and Cloris Leachman.
