Texas Films at DIFF 2018
This year, the fest included more than 20 features and shorts with Texas ties. The Texas Film Commission was proud to be a Community Partner for the Texas-made feature film THE IRON ORCHARD, which made its world premiere at the festival.

The Film Friendly Texas Workshop is being held in partnership with the San Antonio Film Commission and City of San Antonio's Department of Arts & Culture on Thursday, February 15, 2018. The P.A. Workshop is being held in partnership with the Southwest Alternate Media Partnership (SWAMP) and San Antonio Film Commission on February 17 & 18, 2018.
The Fuentes Family Home Movies Added to the National Film Registry
The collection, preserved by TAMI in partnership with Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, has been named to the National Film Registry, deemed “culturally, historically or aesthetically" significant.
