The Washington's Birthday Celebration truly has something for everyone--music, comedy, parades, debutante pageants and formal galas, a carnival, an air show, athletic events, beer, wine and tequila tastings, street parties and more. Each event brings out some of the unique flavor and history of our city whose special blend of Mexican and American cultures can be found nowhere else. The Washington's Birthday Celebration is a labor of love for hundreds of volunteers who work throughout the year to throw the best party you'll ever attend. Dozens of organizations and sponsors join forces to show our many visitors what a warm, friendly and fascinating place Laredo is.
