Concert season

The Musical Evenings at San Fernando Cathedral are free and open to the public. The Musical Evenings will feature one of a kind musical collaborations. These wonderful performances will take place in the oldest cathedral in the nation, in the heart of downtown San Antonio. All listeners are invited to meet the artists at the catered dessert reception following every concert. November 19 - LE COLIBRI: A Musical Bridges’ favorite, Armenian soprano Mane Galoyan will join the Atrium String Quartet from Germany, for a sophisticated program of European Art Songs. The Atrium Quartet is the prize-winner of several International Competitions including First Prizes of IX London International String Quartet Competition in 2003 and VII Bordeaux International String Quartet Competition in 2007. Mane Galoyan won the Bronze medal of the prestigious International Tchaikovsky Competition. Other International awards include a 2014 prize in the Hans Gabor Belvedere Competition, and first prize in the 7th Bibigul Tulegenova International Singing Competition in Kazakhstan.
