The Fruehling Saengerfest is a German "Spring Singing Festival" with roots back to 1860. Activities began at 11AM with a flag ceremony. At 11:30 the Bellville Lions Club will be serving their famous BBQ Chicken & Sausage dinner. Come and enjoy the music of the Round Top Brass Band, the Bellville High School Polka Band, and the famous Dujka Brothers Band. There will plenty of cold bier to enjoy throughout the event. There will be a 5K Fun Run earlier in the morning. Their will be a cornhole tournament, a strong arm contest and plenty of activities for the kids. Admission is free and plenty of parking.
