Concert season
Bask in art-pop glamour on Halloween weekend at The Björk Songbook! This special collaboration between Inversion Ensemble and Density512 pays tribute to the legendary Icelandic singer Björk with freshly reimagined versions of her most beloved songs including Joga, Hidden Place, It’s Oh So Quiet and more – all set for voices and chamber orchestra by local Austin composers. For peak nostalgia, the two performances will be held in the cafetorium of the old Baker School (now owned and operated by Alamo Drafthouse) and presented in a hybrid concert/dance party format.
