The Rockport Gospel Music Festival began in 1994 as a gospel music concert, sponsored by the “Rockport’s Gospel Force” police quartet. It has been our goal from the beginning to give our citizens and visiting Winter Texas friends an enjoyable time of Christian entertainment and praise through gospel music. The Gospel Music Festival has grown larger and larger each year, because you continue to support this festival with your attendance, your prayers and your contributions. Without your consistent support the festival would never have grown to the three-day event that it has been the past few years.
