Interstate Commission For Adult Offender Supervision - Governor Abbott appointed Marsha Moberley to the Interstate Commission for Adult Offender Supervision for a term set to expire at the pleasure of the Governor. The Commission establishes uniform procedures to manage the movement between states of offenders placed under community supervision and released to the community under the jurisdiction of courts, paroling authorities, or corrections or other criminal justice agencies that promulgate rules to achieve the purpose of this Commission.
San Jacinto River Authority Board of Directors - Governor Abbott reappointed Wil Faubel, Stephanie Johnson, and Rick Mora, M.D. to the San Jacinto River Authority Board of Directors for terms set to expire on October 16, 2029. The San Jacinto River Authority is a government agency whose mission is to develop, conserve, and protect the water resources of the San Jacinto River basin.
