The 2019-2020 season. Come celebrate our 30th birthday! Do you love house concerts as much as we do? Come share in beautiful chamber music hosted by local Austinites. It’s almost like going over to a friend’s house to enjoy a concert with wine and food. What could be better? We’ll be paying tribute to Beethoven’s 250th birthday on each of our concerts this season. Directions will be emailed to you once you purchase your ticket. Wine and food are included in the ticket price.
APRIL CONCERT Our season finale features violinist Stephanie Sant’Ambrogio performing a group of delightful French miniatures alongside pianist and Artistic Director, Kathryn Mishell. Stephanie will then be joined by ASO principal cellist, Douglas Harvey, and UT faculty Colette Valentine for Debussy’s exquisite piano trio. Our tribute to Beethoven features his one-movement Trio no. 8. The season concludes with the Romantic blockbuster work that American composer Amy Beach composed in 1896.
