Grand Central Café is owned and operated by Rick and Drew. The concept of the cafe came to both of them several years ago. They finally took the leap of faith and opened the restaurant in a Victorian era home located at The Antlers Inn in Kingsland, TX. They knew that the local citizens and Hill Country tourists needed a place to get a delicious breakfast and lunch at affordable prices with an elegant atmosphere.
As Seen in Film
- The Victorian house was featured prominently in the 1974 film as the home of Leatherface and his cannibalistic family. At the time, the house was located in Round Rock before being dismantled and moved to Kingsland. The house has been home to Grand Central Café since 2012.
