THE ROLE
We are seeking a results-driven Brand Partnerships Director / Executive Producer to spearhead the acquisition of production capital through non-traditional revenue streams. You will be responsible for leveraging our POC and script to secure brand integrations, product placements, and high-level endorsements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Integration: Identify and pitch brands for paid product placement (prop, dialogue, or signage) within the film.
Endorsements: Negotiate promotional partnerships with local and national brands to reduce production costs.
Capital Acquisition: Facilitate introductions to private equity investors and family offices interested in film finance.
Asset Management: Work with the Director/Producer to ensure all brand requirements are authentically integrated into the production.
Contracting: Oversee the execution of brand partnership agreements (working with our legal counsel).

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Houston Network: Strong existing ties to the Texas/Houston business community and local brands.
The "Hustle": A proven track record in high-ticket B2B sales, luxury sponsorship, or film/media advertising.
Legal Literacy: Familiarity with the Texas Film Commission (TMIIIP) incentives.

COMPENSATION & PERKS
Commission: [e.g., 15-20%] of all cash revenue secured through brand partnerships/product placement.
Executive Producer Credit: Your name on the silver screen and IMDb.
Backend Equity: A negotiable percentage of the film’s net profits (points) for successful capital introduction.
Future Pipeline: Opportunity for a long-term partnership on our next slate of films.
