Join WIFD for an important discussion on how to cope during the pandemic with licensed professional counselors, Callie M. Sewell and Sara Black, Wednesday, March 25th at 6:30pm.
During this free event, you’ll gain insight on stress and anxiety, their effects on the brain and body, and the best ways to reduce them for healthier, happier living.
You’ll also learn how to access more peace through a brief mindfulness meditation led by Anietie Antia-Obong, yoga instructor and meditation facilitator.
