Twenty years ago, a room full of Texans decided that if they wanted a stronger future for this industry, they'd have to build it themselves. No big studio backing, no guarantee it would work — just volunteers, advocates, and industry pros who believed Texas belonged in the game.
Two decades, three funding cliffs, a near-broke lobbying effort, and one seriously durable incentives program later — we're still here. And we're throwing a party to prove it.
