About the Event:
For a third year, the century-old Gaslight Baker Theatre, just one block from the Caldwell County Courthouse, will play host to Endora Film Fest, titled for Lockhart's fictitious name in the classic drama WHAT'S EATING GILBERT GRAPE, which was filmed there.
The program chiefly comprises favorite 2023 selections of the nearby Lost River Film Fest, held in San Marcos a few weeks prior from Oct 12-15. The day's cinematic menu includes: an array of engaging shorts; a Lone Star Showcase of Texas filmmakers' work; plus documentaries diving into themes of race, criminal justice & immigration.
The downtown county seat of Caldwell has an abundance of hip eateries & bars within picturesque walking distance of the gorgeous theatre.
