Austin Film Festival (AFF): Texas Writers Day Retreat

When:

May 21, 2022
10:00 am – 6:00 pm

Where:

Elgin, TX

About the Event:

Sometimes the hardest part of starting a new project is carving out the time to sit down in front of the blank page and enter into the abyss.

Join Austin Film Festival on Saturday, May 21, from 10 AM – 6 PM 30 minutes outside of Austin, to enjoy writing in a new space at Spiderwood Studios. The studio is just far enough away from the city to forget your problems and focus on your creative pursuits.

At the beautiful space provided by Spark River Entertainment– you can choose your nook and set up camp. Bring your laptop, favorite pens or typewriter and start working on your next project! Or maybe dust off that one you’ve been avoiding… And don’t worry; there will be a happy hour on the lot to celebrate your hard work, new friends and restored ambition.
