MP Materials in Northlake: MP Materials is expanding in Texas and will establish a rare earth magnet manufacturing campus in Northlake that will create more than 1,500 new jobs and $1.25 billion in capital investment. The company was extended a Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund (TSIF) grant of more than $53 million.
Sika in Sealy: Sika announced an expansion of its manufacturing operations in Sealy. The project represents more than $90 million in capital investment and 60 new jobs. The company was extended a Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) grant of $519,000 and a $7,000 Veteran Created Job Bonus.
Arm in Austin: Arm announced the expansion of their Austin campus to include a new semiconductor lab. The project is expected to create more than 320 jobs and represents more than $71 million in capital investment. The company was extended a TSIF grant of more than $4 million.
Davie Defense in Texas: Davie Defense's expansion of shipbuilding capacity in Galveston and Port Arthur to build Arctic icebreakers is expected to create more than 2,400 new jobs and more than $730 million in capital investment. The company was extended a TEF grant of more than $21.7 million.
ExxonMobil In Texas: ExxonMobil announced that they are redomiciling in Texas. Originally legally domiciled in New Jersey, this move reflects the strength of Texas' predictable corporate laws and modern, business-focused legal system.
Coherent Corp in Sherman: Coherent Corp announced plans to accelerate scaled production of Indium Phosphide wafers in Sherman, a more than $154 million investment. A TSIF grant of $154 million has been extended to the company.
LTD Material in Austin: LTD Material LLC will construct a new manufacturing and research facility in Austin, creating 40 new jobs and more than $25 million in capital investment while growing an already robust supply chain that is essential to semiconductor manufacturing in Texas. The company was extended a TSIF grant of more than $1 million.
Cesium Astro in Bee Cave: Cesium Astro selected Texas for their global headquarters, expanding its high-tech operations in Bee Cave. The project is expected to generate more than $500 million in capital investment, create more than 500 new jobs and further position Texas as a global hub for the aerospace, aviation and defense industry.
NRG in Harris County: NRG's new electric power generation plant at the company's existing facility in Harris County has been designated as a qualified project under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology & Innovation (JETI) program. The new 455-megawatt natural gas facility represents $617 million in capital investment.
Tekscend Photomask in Round Rock: Tekscend Photomask will expand its manufacturing facility in Round Rock, creating 50 jobs and more than $223 million in capital investment. The company was extended a TSIF grant of $15.2 million.
Chick-fil-A in Lubbock: Chick-fil-A is has announced a $50 million investment in a new distribution and warehouse facility in Lubbock. The company expects the facility to employ 80 workers as well as indirectly support the creation of 60 jobs.
Danone in Fort Worth: Danone is expanding its Fort Worth yogurt production facilities. The expansion is a $4 million investment with an expected completion date of September 1, 2026.
Eneus Energy in Cameron County: Eneus Energy is investing $14 billion into a data center in Cameron County. The company plans to build 16 data halls on a recently acquired 1,785-acre site. They expect the project to create 360 permanent jobs.
Solar Project in Concho County: A consortium of Korean and American companies broke ground on a $524 million solar project. The solar farm is expected to create roughly 500 construction jobs, and upon completion, provide enough power to supply 65,000 homes.
Applied Optoelectronics Inc. in Sugar Land: Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. broke ground on a new optical transceiver manufacturing facility in Sugar Land. This facility will create 500 jobs on a $150 million investment that the company plans to double to $300 million by the end of 2027.
JBS in Cactus: JBS has broken ground on a $150 million expansion of its beef production plant in Cactus.
Mercedes-Benz in Fort Worth: Mercedes-Benz AG announced plans to add more than 100 employees at AllianceTexas in Fort Worth after designating the hub as the headquarters for its financial services arm.
East Penn Manufacturing Co. in Temple: Battery manufacturer East Penn Manufacturing Co. has announced its plans to expand its Temple manufacturing facility, investing $110 million in the expansion project.
Medline Industries LP in Midlothian: Medline Industries LP celebrated the groundbreaking of its new medical supplies distribution facility in Midlothian. Medline is investing $150 million into building the 1.2 million-square-foot facility and expects to create 150 new jobs.
Moonshot Electrical & Controls in Lewisville: Moonshot Electrical & Controls is expanding its headquarters and locating a new production facility to Lewisville with a $50 million investment and the creation of 200 more employees by the end of the year as well as an additional 300 employees in the coming years.
Sanko Texas Corporation in San Antonio: Sanko Texas Corporation, a Japanese plastics manufacturer, broke ground on a $40 million manufacturing facility in San Antonio and is expected to employ 1,500 people for the project.
Pecan Deluxe Candy Co. in Dallas: Pecan Deluxe Candy Co. announced plans for a $30 million expansion of their headquarters and production facility in Dallas. The expansion is expected to create 100 new permanent jobs.
Palladio Industries Inc. in Temple: Chemical supplier Palladio Industries Inc. announced plans to expand their facility in Temple.
AB Energy USA in The Woodlands: AB Energy, an Italian natural gas company, will open its new North American headquarters in The Woodlands, creating 45 new jobs.
Digital Realty Trust Inc. in Garland: Digital Realty Trust has announced its plans to invest $140 million into a 236,600-square-foot expansion of their data center campus in Garland.
Constellation Industries in Houston: Constellation Industries, a pipe fabrication company, has leased 146,442 square feet of industrial space in Houston. The lease is expected to create 120 new jobs.
Lily in Harris County: Lily announced it will build a $6.5 billion, 1 million-square-foot manufacturing facility in Harris County. The project is expected to generate more than 600 new jobs. This is the first active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) manufacturing facility in the state. A Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF) grant of $5.5 million was extended to the company.
Scotiabank in Dallas: Scotiabank, a multi-national financial services provider and one of the largest banks in North America, is investing $60 million to create a major regional office in Dallas. The project is expected to create 1,020 new jobs. A more than $10.7 million TEF grant was extended to the company.
Lefko in New Braunfels: Lefko will locate their first U.S.-based manufacturing facility in New Braunfels. The advanced manufacturing facility will create 149 new jobs and more than $15 million in capital investment. A TEF grant of $968,500 was extended to Lefko.
Samsung in Taylor: Samsung is investing $4.73 billion in a new initiative at the company's Taylor semiconductor fabrication facility as part of a transition to the manufacture of 2-nanometer leading-edge logic chips. The company will receive a $250 million grant from the Texas Semiconductor Innovation Fund (TSIF).
SpaceX in Bastrop: SpaceX is investing $280 million and creating 400 jobs to expand its semiconductor research and development and advanced packaging facility in Bastrop. A $17.3 million TSIF grant was awarded to the company for the project.
Yerico Manufacturing in Elgin: Yerico Manufacturing Inc. is expanding its Elgin facility, a project which is expected to create 30 new jobs and more than $13 million in capital investment. The company is increasing its semiconductor equipment refurbishment and repair capacity. A TSIF grant of $1.3 million was awarded to the company.
Formosa Plastics in Jackson County: Formosa Plastics will open a new facility in Jackson County to produce C6 (1-Hexene), a feedstock organic compound used at their existing complex in Point Comfort. The project will create $150 million in capital investment. The project qualified under the Texas Jobs, Energy, Technology, and Innovation (JETI) program.
Meta in El Paso: Meta announced it will build a new $1.5 billion data center complex in El Paso, creating 100 new jobs.
PEGATRON in Georgetown: PEGATRON, a globally recognized leader in AI computing services, will invest $35 million in Georgetown to build the company’s first manufacturing facility in the U.S. The company plans to hire hundreds of employees for high-tech jobs.
E-Space Inc. in Arlington: E-Space Inc. plans to build a 480,000-square-foot manufacturing building, office space and hangar in Arlington. The company is expected to invest $115 million and create 2,000 new jobs.
AstraZeneca in Coppell: The U.K.-based biopharmaceutical company AstraZeneca expanded its manufacturing facility in Coppell. The expansion represents an investment of $445 million and doubles their production of the drug Lokelma.
Ferrovial in Milam County: Ferrovial will develop a $355 million 250-megawatt solar photovoltaic facility in Milam County. Once completed, the facility is expected to produce 450 gigawatt-hours of electricity annually, enough to serve 43,000 homes.
NNA Polymers in Big Spring: NNA Polymers will open a plant to produce water-soluble polymers for use in water treatment, mining and oilfield applications in Big Spring. The $250 million plant is expected to create approximately 50 new jobs.
Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Temple: Rowan Digital Infrastructure, a hyperscale data center developer, plans to build a $700 million data center in Temple. The campus will create 40 permanent positions.
SPC Group in Burleson: SPC Group, operator of Korean bakery chain Paris Baguette, is investing $208 million in a 183,000-square-foot plant located in Burleson.
BMK Pharma in Allen: BMK Pharma announced plans to open its U.S. headquarters in Allen. The $50 million facility will create more than 100 jobs.
Gattefossé in Lufkin: Gattefossé, a provider of specialty ingredients and formulation solutions for the beauty and health care industries, opened its new manufacturing facility in Lufkin. The project represents a $55 million capital investment.
Bridor USA in Lancaster: French-Canadian baked goods company, Bridor USA, plans to invest $410 million in a new industrial bakery and create up to 600 jobs over three phases.
Ninth Avenue Foods in Longview: Ninth Avenue Foods plans to build its third manufacturing facility in Longview, investing more than $200 million and creating 150 new jobs over the next five years.
Vantage Data Centers in San Antonio: Vantage Data Centers will build a $272 million, more than 200,000-square-foot, two-story tech campus in San Antonio.
Gerdau in Midlothian: Gerdau, a merchant bar, structural steel, piling and rebar manufacturer, is investing more than $51 million to expand capacity at its recycled-content electric arc furnace mill in Midlothian.
Lollicup USA in Rockwall: Lollicup USA, a specialty distributor and manufacturer of disposable foodservice products, relocated its headquarters from California to Rockwall. The company invested $20 million in the construction of a 650,000-square-foot production, distribution and office facility.
Hennessey in Sealy: Hennessey, a car modification company, is investing $15 million in a new building to boost their manufacturing capacity. The 100,000-square-foot facility in Sealy will create 80 new jobs.
Tubefab in Jacksonville: Tubefab, a copper tube fabricator, announced plans to build a new $30 million, 100,000-square-foot facility in Jacksonville, creating 40 new jobs.
Wright One in Cedar Park: Wright One Inc., a hardware company that builds specialized fans and turbine technology, plans to establish its headquarters in Cedar Park, employing up to 164 people and investing $15.5 million.
Epiroc in Garland: Epiroc, a mining and infrastructure equipment company, opened a new Surface Mining Automation Center in Garland. The project represents more than $5 million in capital investment.
PV Hardware in Houston: PV Hardware, a solar tracker manufacturer, is expanding its presence in Houston with a new 95,000-square-foot facility. The expansion is expected to create 100 jobs.
International Food Container Organization (IFCO) in Mesquite: IFCO, a reusable packaging supplier, opened its newest service center in Mesquite, creating more than 100 new jobs.
Select Water Solutions and Mariana Minerals Lithium in Joaquin: Select Water Solutions and Mariana Minerals Lithium Extraction Facility will build a lithium plant in Joaquin. The first phase of construction is expected to bring in a $100 million in investment and 50 new jobs.
Oura in Fort Worth: Health-tracking ring maker Oura announced it will open a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth.
Applied Optoelectronics in Sugar Land: Applied Optoelectronics Inc. is investing $150 million over the next several years for a data center expansion in Sugar Land.
