WEB VIDEO: Texas Is Wide Open For Business
The Office of the Governor today released a web video following Texas being awarded the 2015 Site Selection Governor’s Cup and announcing the expansion of McKesson Corporation and Pegasus Foods, creating hundreds of new jobs. Additionally, Governor Abbott visited Burckhardt Compression this week following the establishment of the company’s Texas apprenticeship program to invest in workforce development.
“Texas’ low taxes and reasonable regulations help create a business-friendly environment that makes the Lone Star State a leader in job creation,” said Governor Abbott. “As Governor, I plan to attract even more job creators who will continue to invest in our state, grow their enterprises and employ the best workforce in the nation. Texas is and will remain wide open for business.”
