ICYMI: Governor Abbott Visits Southeast Texas To Survey Flood Damage

Governor Abbott toured and visited Orange, Texas on Wednesday to survey the damage caused by severe flooding in Southeast portions of the state. After meeting with county and emergency management officials, Governor Abbott urged all Texans affected by the floods to exercise caution, heed warnings of local emergency personnel and remain alert to changing conditions as waters continue to rise. Governor Abbott has declared a State of Disaster in 21 Texas counties.
