Office Of The Governor Releases Web Video On Report To The People Of Texas
Following the release of Governor Greg Abbott’s first “Report to the People of Texas” yesterday, the Office of Governor today released a web video providing an overview of the Governor’s first year in office. Among other topics, the video highlights the successful results of the 84th legislative session, the Governor’s focus on bringing more business and creating more jobs for Texas, and his commitment to supporting our veterans and law enforcement.
“I am proud and honored that, in just the first year, Texas has been able to create more jobs, fund the construction of new roads and bolster our education system while cutting taxes and expanding personal liberties for all Texans," said Governor Abbott. "If we can accomplish this much in a year, I am confident we will continue to elevate the Lone Star State to even greater heights in the future.”
