Governor Abbott Appoints Palmer To 451st Judicial District Court

Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Bill Palmer, Jr. as judge of the 451st Judicial District Court in Kendall County for a term until December 31, 2018 or until his successor shall be duly elected and qualified. This appointment will be effective January 1, 2017.

Bill Palmer, Jr. of Boerne has served as judge of the Kendall County Court at Law for the past 15 years. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Additionally, he is a former member of the Hill Country Family Services Board of Directors and the Rainbow Senior Center Board of Directors. Palmer received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Texas State University, Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University Law School.
