Governor Abbott Appoints Gutierrez To Texas State Board Of Plumbing Examiners
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Milton R. Gutierrez to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for a term set to expire September 5, 2021. The board licenses master plumbers, journeymen, plumbers, and plumbing inspectors.
Milton R. Gutierrez of Fort Worth is a battalion chaplain for the Texas Army National Guard. He is a member of the National Guard Association of Texas and the Rotary Club of Fort Worth. Gutierrez received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Texas State University and a Master of Divinity from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
