Human Resources Code 115.009 requires that the Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities publish on its website “the link to the Internet website address for each long-range plan, if available” that may relate to “persons with disabilities in this state created by a state agency, a committee of a state agency, or a nonprofit organization required by a federal law to produce such a plan.”

Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired
